A friendly reminder to ensure your pets have a warm place to stay as temps start to drop....
Use pet-friendly heating pads, provide extra blankets, and limit outdoor exposure in extreme cold. Also, consider cozy pet sweaters for added warmth :)

**Please, keep your pets inside with you and your family. Under no circumstances should pets be left outdoors, even if they roam outside during other seasons.**

We would love to extend a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mullins at Acadiana Veterinary Surgery for her remarkable gift of surgery to this sweet rescue pup that was hit by a car and abandoned afterwards.
Congress is deeply grateful for Dr. Mullins for the incredible gift she has given this sweet girl, the gift of a life changing surgery to repair a broken humerus.
Her exceptional skills as a speciality surgeon is matched by her generosity and compassion. The surgery she performed has not only improved this pup’s physical well-being but has also given her a hopeful and optimistic future with her new family.
Dr Mullins’ dedication to her profession and patients and willingness to provide this life changing surgery for this sweet girl is nothing short of remarkable! Acadiana is truly blessed and fortunate to have Dr Mullins serving this area with her gifts of healing and hope.
