This is a Siamese Cat, Purebred Siamese cats are registered with CFA. Note the wedge shaped head and large ears, slightly rounded at the tips. Siamese is a breed, not a color. Many people see a pointed cat (dark face, feet and tail) and think it is a Siamese cat. Many cat breeds are pointed, but purebred Siamese cats are only allowed to have pointed colors and must have an 8 generation pedigree to be registered with CFA. We do not breed Siamese cats, we breed Highlander cats, and Napoleon cats. We do have pointed kittens from time to time, they are Highlanders or Napoleons, they will never be Siamese.
