Part-time & Full-time
Position:
Pet Supply Retail Store Cashier/Sales/Stocking
Pet supplies/pet industry and retail experience preferred and a big plus, but not required.
Pay starts at $16 and hour, with room to grow.
Pay with previous experience may be higher to start.
Job Description:
Employee will be ringing up customers, using a cash register, helping customers with pet food selections, fitting harnesses, selling product, unloading pallets of product and stocking product, carrying items in store and out to cars for customers, store cleaning, and other daily chores.
Job requirements:
• Must be able to work a cash register.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40+ lbs. bags/items
• Must be friendly and able to talk with, and help, customers with a variety of pet-related topics
• Must be able to handle insects such as crickets, worms, and other feeder bugs.
• Must clean up after dog potty accidents in the store
• Great customer service skills is a must!
