Had a great day paying it forward.

Volunteered to help out one of our communities enthusiastic public figures, Dave Palumbo of Muscle Serpents University.

Not only did I get to fill my soul with the right stuff, a little hard work, got to fellowship with a great example of a father figure, I also got to see an incredible collection of reptiles as a bonus.

Looking forward to doing it again soon.

Our beloved reptile community needs more of this. We all should strive to be better ourselves, improve our lives, support our hobby and lift others up.

Sadly, we have become to complacent with online negativity towards each other. Which, in the end, serves no real purpose but to give those that want to shut us down an opportunity to do so and further divide us.

Make it goal to pay it forward just once or a do simple random act of kindness to fellow hobbyist.

My Woma Pythons are starting to breed for the first time now that they have reached the appropriate size and age. Still in the process of cooling them down.

Babies have landed.

Pairing was a female SunDragon to a male Albino Leopard ph Berry Blood.

The male and knowledge was graciously provided by James of Yodas Boas.

First time mother had 4 live, 3 doa, and 3 slugs.

Looks like we ended up with 3 Sunglows and an Albino all double het leopard/blood.

I think there’s something very very wrong with this Sun Dragon.

Twice a year I rip everything apart and do deep cleanings racks, tubs water bowls all get scrubbed, washed and disinfected.

Every month I turn my tubs around because all of the moisture migrates to the front from the back. I give everything a good looking over to since I have the drawers all the way out.

Today was the deep cleaning day and thank goodness for it too. In the 30 plus years I've been messing with reptiles and the like, I've never had a failure with my heating systems. That is until now...

I don't know what made me dig into the deep cleaning but I'm glad I did.

Always thoroughly inspect your heating systems. Make it as routine as feeding. I've had this one up and running for 4 years and never a problem. it never gave off an odor or set off the fire alarms in the room nor did it affect the thermostat running it.
