Boy have I missed you guys! Starting off with just a few jams & preserves ~ made healthy cause it’s Elty! 😉🍯

Part of living in the frozen tundra of the earth is access to fresh herbs isn’t always possible. 🥶

So when the season harvest starts to get low, we reach for the next best thing ~ ESSENTIAL OILS 🪻

Yes, we cook with them, often, especially during this time of year.

However, ratios are important, unless you want to end up a peppermint fire 🔥 breathing dragon! 🐉

No, they are not only for crazy people! 🤪 This is a new addition to my health regimen and I’m finding the benefits are out of this world! 🤯

If you’re autoimmune, deal with chronic inflammation, or just stressed out like the rest of us, you might want to consider taking the plunge! 💦

The next generation taking over the greens and it’s fun, exciting and scary all at the same time! 🤪😂😱

Tyler is at the helm doing what he does best…bossing everyone around! 😂

Lily is our Greens Samurai 🥷🌱 planting, cutting, & packaging up those yummy greens!

Elise is our computer & printing tech and still runs around taking care of the rest of the farm! 👩‍🌾🐰

And Oliver…well, he ends up with greens on his head for our social media cuteness factor! 🤣

These “kids” are some of the best employees I’ve ever worked with. ❤️ They are never too young to learn and it’s amazing to watch just how much they CAN do when you take take the limit cap off and let them go!
