Our shipping policy:
All packages are shipped via USPS 1-2 day priority male. (Unless other carrier is requested)
All packages are sent out with a heat pack and tons of ecorfriendly insulation.
I check each shipping status twice a day and inform each customer individually just in case you’re busy and can’t check it through the day.
If the fish is DOA send a video of the fish in the unopened bag within 45 minuets and I can either replace the fish or issue refund (special orders not included)
