We are excited to announce the office is back open for gynecology! Let's face it, no one looks forward to visiting the gynecologist; but, we all have to do it. I'm here as a friend and physician to share in all your ups and downs and to tell you "I relate." I hope to see you soon for your 2016 annual exam, contraceptive needs, and sick visits. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM. We are closed for lunch from 12-1. 386-755-0500.

Of course, we love each and every one of our Greene babies. Each one is special in their own way. This one is special because he is our office manager's nephew, the grandson of David & LeNeva Allbritton, our former Chief of Police and his wife, who is a breast cancer survivor, and the son to Thomas & Erika Matz. This guy is already loved by so many. He was what helped make working day and night feel worth it yesterday. Life can get overwhelming for everyone. We are some of the lucky ones. We work in such a rewarding field. When the days are long and we feel like we have given all we have to give, new life happens. Then, we are ready for a new day. Welcome to our world, Matthew.

We were so excited for Dr. Daina Greene to be voted "2014 Best of the Best" for "Best Doctor"! The past year has flown by and it's voting time again! Let's do it again! We know how lucky we are to have so many awesome patients. Everyone get a copy of the Lake City Reporter and remember to vote for Dr. Greene for this year's "Best of the Best"!

While having a thoughtful Memorial day, a lot of us are honoring our fallen soldiers today at pools and beaches. Many of my patients were complaining about "bathing suit season" wanting that magic pill. As women, we work hard enough taking care of our children while working jobs. This is a subject I hold dear to my heart and a video to go along with it! Relax, enjoy God's grace, the beautiful weather, AND you.
