$1 Delicata and Honeynut Squash (these are the only 2 winter squash I grow as they are my favorites)

$1 for 3lb red/gold potatoes

I also have a couple bags of Shallots and Egyptian Walking Onions left. Enjoy them in any dish OR plant them now in your garden.

I just stepped back into the role of Hobby Farmer, after a much needed 5 day vacation to Las Vegas with 15 of my family members. I'm 4th from the right in the front row if we've never met.

This morning I checked all the veggies that were left in cool storage to cure and ripen. My popcorn, delicata and honeynut squash, and red/gold potato cure is complete!

In the next day or two I will be having a final "Pop Up" $1 squash and potato sale at my roadside stand (And maybe some bags of my extra homegrown Popcorn).

I'll post when everything is in place and ready to take home SOON!
