Here are my extras available and in the HUT:

Dried beans (jacob's cattle, kidney, black, painted pony, northern and soldier)
Zucchini and salad cucumbers
Cherry tomatoes and cucumelons
Sweet onions, egyptian walking onions and shallots
Jalapeno peppers
Large ripe tomatoes and roma tomatoes
Quail eggs
Dried herbs and produce
And a couple of fun crafts

Here's a sampling of the young Jumbo Quail I have available (4 weeks old tomorrow and now started outdoors).
I do have 5 red range celadon youngsters for those looking for blue egg layers.

Ready to move up to more colorful and hard to find quail? Now's your chance. All Jumbo in Ginger Pansy, German Pansy, Ginger (various patterns) and Roux (various patterns), oh and a couple I'm clueless on no matter how hard I try. Not many available left in this Batch and only one more set of chicks left in the brooder for the year.

I do have one group of ready to process roosters, and may also have 1 breeding group of Jumbo Quail in traditional colors available.

All set up!
My little Harvest Hut is Packed this weekend with some new goodies to share.
Friday and Saturday 9-5 (ish)

I've included a couple of my hanging needle felted goldfish. They only take about 6 hours to make each, but what the heck, I've slapped $5 on them to give them a new rearview mirror or window to ride along on.

You're support has been incredible this weekend! Thanks to everyone who has shopped the Hut.

I'm open again today (Sunday) for those that like to take slow drives to the middle of nowhere. I'm shocked by the amount of visitors the Hut has had and certainly humbled by your support.

I do have some "Sunday Specials" rolling so stop out soon.
Never tried quail eggs? Today is your day. Don't forget the quail scissors available as they will make opening those eggs a breeze.

My new Fall days for the Hut after today move to Fridays and Saturdays as I need to free up a day for canning, preserving and small farming. This will be the last Sunday the Hut will be open for the year.
