Giving Tuesday 2024
GIVING TUESDAY IS Dec 3, 2024!
HELP US KEEP OUR CENTER OPEN! PLEASE DONATE!
Over the years, The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County has been able to change the lives of thousands of homeless dogs, their adopted families, and citizens in need of advice, education, low cost pet services and supplies.
Our incredible team of volunteers dedicate time and care to ensure that every tail wags with joy. We create a haven for our four-legged friends so they can decompress and rehabilitate before going to their furever families. See the happy faces of our PAC family of dogs!
In 2024, we helped establish an ongoing Food Pantry to feed pets in need. We also helped establish a low cost spay/neuter clinic.
Please consider joining us this Giving Tuesday to help us keep our doors open. Every donation, big or small, makes an impact. Thank you for your continued support.

HELP! Our sweet and adorable Jerry is sick and the doctors don't really know what is wrong.
Jerry tested positive for Giardia. We started treatment, but he stopped eating over a week ago (5/20). He's been to 2 ER's, had 2 ultrasounds, 2 Parvo tests, Leptospirosis test, Addison's test, Bloodwork 5 times, subQ and IV fluids. He's anemic and has an infection. In and out of 6 vets, we still don't have a diagnosis of the underlying systemic infection/illness.
Jerry is out of the hospital today. He started eating a bit, but for two days we weren't sure he would recover. We managed to find a combo of meds that he finally responded to, but he could relapse.
Jerry's medical bills are now costing us over $10,000.
If you have been following us, 2 years ago, the foundation that had provided our principal funding decided to move onto other types of causes saying that rescue operations were too expensive. Since then we have been operating on a month to month basis through generous donations from many of you and the dog loving community. Having to face large, unexpected medical expenses can cause us to close our doors forever.
Please help us pay for Jerry's medical expenses. Your donation will help us to continue rescuing these sweet dogs. Thank you.
