We're thrilled to announce that we'll be relocating to a brand-new space within the same shopping center on Saturday, December 21st and Sunday, December 22nd! Our doors will officially open in the new location on Monday, December 23rd.

Our Story

Welcome to Lake Forest Animal Clinic, a full service animal hospital, which has been serving South Orange County in Southern California for over 35 years. We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Whether it's employing the most competent and friendly staff, expanding our knowledge through continuing education courses, using the latest technological equipment to diagnose and treat, or simply making an extra phone call to check in on your pet, service is first in our minds. Your pet's health and well being is very important to us and we will take every step to give your pet the best possible care. We will always treat your pets as if they were our own. We provide a low-cost vaccine clinic every Saturday and Thursday. The hours are Saturday 1-3:30 pm and Thursday 3-5:30 pm. It is based on a first come-first serve basis. It is cash only under $68. No appointment required, if your yearly exam is up to date. We also offer a low cost spay and neuter service every Wednesday, which is appointment based. Our veterinary team includes, Jennifer Self DVM, and Jason Trope DVM who all pride themselves in providing the best possible health care for the four legged members of your family. Beyond first rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and a very calm and welcoming environment so that your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting his or her own Lake Forest veterinarian.
