I offer a one on one grooming experience so your fur baby will not sit in a kennel for hours waiting to be groomed.

I groom with love and compassion because your baby being happy comfortable and safe is my top priority. All appointments that are late by 15 minutes or more are subject to a reschedule. If you miss your appointment the first offense is forgiven if you miss your second appointment I will not schedule another appointment until a deposit for the price of the groom is payed. If you miss your third appointment you will not receive a refund and I will not book a fourth appointment.

Now that school has officially started and my son is in full swing of football I wanted to post a few reminders.
1: on Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays I do not open until 9:30
2: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays I will have to leave to the shop anytime between 1:30-2:30
3: it is extremely important that you show up on time for your appointments as I’m really pressed for time on those days as to when I have to leave. Anyone later than 10 minutes to their appointment will be subject to a cancellation.
4: It it’s important that if you require a late pick up to let me know at the time of booking your appointment as I cannot accommodate late pick up on some days.

I had a last minute cancellation for tomorrow Wednesday the 17th at 10 if you would like that spot please let me know. It is first come first serve. It is a 2 hour spot so I can fit a big dog or two small dogs.

I know it’s a bit off but I wanted to let everyone know that the shop will be closed early on Friday May 24th and closed until Wednesday May 29th but I’ll be closed again on May 30th. It will be a busy week with my kids competing at Bishop Mule days, my daughter turning 18 on the 28th and my daughter graduating from high school on the 30th. If your wanting a appointment during the last week of May please call me at least a few weeks ahead of time as I won’t be open much so I won’t have as much time to fit people in. Thank you for your understanding.

I’m sorry for the unprofessional post I’m about to make. While I was out of town our beloved dog Liberty crossed the rainbow bridge. I go back to work tomorrow and I know I’ll be emotional while Im working on your babies. Im asking for patience and grace during this difficult time. I Will do my best to stay professional, and as always I’ll put your fur babies first while they are in my care. Thank you for your understanding.

During the last few days my husband and I have gone through the numbers and unfortunately I will need to raise prices starting in the new year. My small dogs that are $40 will need to go up to $50, and so on and so on. I wish there was a way around it but with the rising cost of everything I can’t put it off any longer. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

As we all follow this new respiratory illness in dogs I ask that if your dog is coughing to please call so we can reschedule their appointment. As a one on one groomer this limits dogs coming into contact with other dogs as I only work on one dog at a time unless there are multiple dogs in one family. I am sanitizing everything between dogs including kennels, tub, table, and my blades/scissors. Please do not show up early to drop off your dog and please show up in a timely manner to pick up your dog to help even more to minimize contact with other dogs. Thank you for your understanding as we all work together to keep your fur babies safe.

I had two cancellations one for this Thursday and one for this Friday. If you are wanting to get your fur baby cleaned up before Thanksgiving this is your chance to get in. I will not hold the spots so call the shop.

Starting tomorrow August 1st the shop will be closed by 3 at the latest on Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, and Thursday the shop will be closed by 2:30 and on Fridays I’ll be closed anytime from 1-2:30 depending on where my son has a football game. During these next few months I can not work late and wait around for dogs to be picked up. Please be prompt to pick up your fur baby’s when they are finished as I will be leaving at these times to take my son Bakersfield for football practice.

Right now is the start of my busy season. I’m booking about 3-4 weeks out at this time. Just a few reminders, I don’t open until 9 am and I close by 4 sometimes earlier if I have to go pick up my kids from school. I do not return any calls unless you leave me a message. Please be on time for your appointments to avoid being rescheduled. Please make sure you show up to your appointment on the right day and time. I am also closed on the weekends so any calls received during the weekend will be returned on Monday.

With the weather finally warming up, I’m starting to get booked out fast. I only have 1 appointment left for the month of April with people already booking their summer appointments. Please do not wait till the last minute to book your appointments. I suggest pre booking your appointments to insure you are able to get in when your wanting.

As a reminder I do not open until 9 am. I have been receiving a lot of calls starting at 6 am and people are getting upset that I don’t answer or return the calls right away. I do not answer the phone before 9 am and do not return calls until 9 am.
