In Memoriam.
Today, November 16th, would have been his 12th birthday.

This is the last entry in the Phabulous Phantom’s page.

Phan passed away quietly at 3:55 AM on June 14, 2022. He was not big on hugging so I sat with him with my hand near his heart and his heartbeat got fainter and fainter and at 3:55 AM I did not feel anything. I placed my ear next to his heart and confirmed that my best friend had passed from this world. Sandy is waiting for him and they’ll be together again.

Today, June 29th, we received his ashes back from the crematorium and so we are having his memorial today.

I have written about the dream I had on June 17th and the only thing I left out was the minute details of a very vivid dream – the light yellow of the walls, the wood crafting of the door, etc. Barbara has said that it was Phantom’s way of saying that ‘I needed to let him go’ and to move on to the next phase. I have not had any other dreams with Phantom in it.

It is my sad duty to inform everyone that Phantom passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, due to central vestibular disease. He was 11.5 years old. He joined our family when he was six months.

He and I had a disagreement the second day he was with us and, after all was settled, we agreed that we were in this together and from that day on we supported each other. I was there for him and he was there for me. It's been a wonderful 11 years. I miss him so much.
