Happy Valentine’s Day! 🐾❤️🐾
It’s a yucky, rainy day so sweet Gemma is getting her exercise mentally this morning. Puzzles serve so many purposes for dogs and are especially helpful for:
🐾 Alleviating anxiety & stress
🐾 Preventing boredom
🐾 Building confidence & independence
🐾 Supplementing physical activity
🐾 Bond building between dog & pet parent
🐾 Develops problem solving skills
🐾 Makes eating fun and interesting for picky dogs or slows down eating for those pups that like to gobble up their food too quickly.
🐾 Provides a safe, less taxing physical activity for senior dogs or dogs dealing with injuries.
Famous puzzle maker Nina Ottosson’s philosophy sums it up perfectly, “Dogs have four legs and a head, all five need exercise in different ways, daily.”
Teamwork makes the dream work! A little Monday morning snack puzzle for the girls to figure out together. ❤️
