Hyatt Farms GypsyVanners, Irish import Kate has been spending some time with Carolyn Rustemeier of Rustemeier Horses learning some great things.
Kate has been calm, relaxed and engaged during training, eager to please and willing to work. This mare is smart and leaving a lasting impression on her trainer Carolyn. These ladies are working beautifully together as they working towards making Kate their dream Gypsy in the pasture, on the trails and more!

They are willing to learn and eager to spend time with people. Both have loads of handling, baths, clips, hauls, exposed to large farm equipment and more. An added bonus they are both carrying precious cargo for a 2-in-1 packages!

Hyatt Farms welcomed a big buckskin/sooty buckskin c**t to the world! This boy is everything we had hoped for and more. As we wait for this big fella to unfold in the next few days, we can work on picking a name.

We are so pleased to announce Gift N Darling Delilah has found her new pastures! She is loving their weather and lots of love from her new family. We look forward to updates as she gets settled in. There are some very happy little girls today enjoying their dream girl. Congratulations to the new owners, you're going to love her!
One of the most stressful times is selecting a hauler and having the horses looking just as good when they are finished their trip as when they started. The right care from the hauler, adequate breaks, lots of time for food and water intake and having the chance to rest along the way. Delilah's trip was uneventful and exactly the way you would want it to go. She arrived just as she went on the trailer, healthy, well fed & watered. We always video and photograph any horses prior to leaving our property, in the event they should not arrive the way they should. When they don't arrive as Delilah has at her new home, the haul could have been long, lack of adequate breaks or appropriate amount food and water has not been provided. The horse may be stressed during travel. This can often happen with horses not used to travelling or being in stalls for long periods of time. Stallions may also take travelling much harder, new smells in the trailer, travelling with others they don't know and so on.... There are so many factors to consider before putting your horse on just any trailer. We sure are happy with the haulers that have provided services for Hyatt Farms.

A very special boy has arrived at Hyatt Farms GypsyVanners. We are over the moon about SD The Greatest Showman joining our lineup of stallions.
A massive thank you to Mechelle Luffman for working with us to make this happen. We have secretly had our eye on Showman for a while now and when the opportunity came to make him ours…. Well, just look at him! We couldn’t say no to all this.?!Aside from his exceptional conformation, he is one of the sweetest and most gentle stallions you could ever put your hands on. He arrived and settled right in as if he’s been here for years. A half brother to our boy SD Great Gatsby, with all the quality and class this line is so well known for.
Stay tuned for more of the big Show, he’s got some ladies he’s eager to meet. Love is in the air at Hyatt Farms. It’s going to be an exciting foal line up for 2025!
Gitt N Darling Delilah a dark bay daughter of; Sire: Silver Bullet and Dam: Gitt N Darling Darla (PO Stallion x Black Babydoll). Her lineage speaks for itself and so does what she produces.
Delilah is the dam of GypsyDreams Big Kahuna, well known for his accomplishments in the arena, receiving the Supreme Champion title a dozen times before the age of 5. Her other 2 offspring are also used extensively for family horses and competitive riding partners, versatile , athletic and willing.
A great mare with a laid back personality, easy to love and eager to please.

Throwback Thursday! As we watch our 2023 SD Prince Caspian babies frolic in the field, we are reminded or their siblings from the past.
This is GypsyDreams Sugar & Spice, born in 2021. She is owned and loved by our friends at Hyatt Farms GypsyVanners. She’s living her best life basking in the Florida sun.
Sugar is a half sister (sharing Caspian as their sire) to Gypsy Dreams Rabadash, Prince Rilian and Bay Ja Vu. Also to Breezy who is owned and loved by Danielle C Photography.

We sure have enjoyed having SRS Poseidon with us for the past year. We will be sad to see this handsome boy go, but we know he is missed back home at GypsyDreams.
He has some business to attend to before heading back home. We will keep on enjoying him until then.
SRS Poseidon has big plans for 2024.
Poseidon has been on vacation in Florida at Hyatt Farms GypsyVanners for the last year. He has met some special ladies and enjoyed his time basking in the sun.
We miss him dearly and it’s time to come home. We look forward to seeing this handsome boy back in his pasture later this year.

SD Queen of Hearts certainly has the most fitting name. This beauty Queen is impossible not to fall in love with. A powerhouse of a mare, with a refined elegance about her. She is an excellent momma and pasture pal, always a fair friend, consistent in her love and boundaries.
She is the proud mom of 2023’s c**t, Gypsy Dreams Barely Bay (Bear). She is currently on a well deserved break from the dating scene, but has a special man waiting for her in 2024.
Mare Monday has SD Rights to Royalty (Scarlet) on the move, headed for 2024.
Scarlet is a 6yr old, blue blagdon, daughter of SD The Don and SD Glitz & Glamour. She’s a big girl that is growing into herself beautifully. She was only 3 yrs old in this photo, already showing so much promise.
Scarlet’s ice blue eyes and bold white face draw people in, falling in love with her blue blagdon coat, abundant feather and dynamic personality. She gave us a handsome c**t this year, GFH Keys to the Kingdom (Kole). He arrived confident and energetic, keeping Scarlet on her toes.
GTF Lavender’s Blue Dilly Dilly made her way to our friends at Gypsy Dreams last fall, carrying so very precious SD Great Gatsby cargo. Earlier this spring a chunky, hairy filly arrived. We are so pleased with what our boy SD Great Gatsby produced this year with Dilly.
This is Gypsy Dreams Be More Holly at just 9 months old. This is the feather on her front leg 😍. Holly is a powerhouse, combined with a comical and eager to please attitude. This filly makes us even more excited for our 2024 Gatsby baby with Gitt N Darling Delilah, the dam of Gypsy Dreams Big Kahuna.
Roll on 2024, we are leaving 2023 behind and taking only the best of it with us into the new year. See you in 2024 Miss Holly!

GRH Celtic Surprise “Bubba”, is a big boy for only 2, already 15.1h at the hip and lots of time left to grow. It’s a good thing Hyatt Farms produces some of the finest quality hay in Florida. Some of these kids must have a hollow legs they are storing all their food in, they are level = expert, at consumption.

We did a little thing…. or two, they are like Gypsies and chocolate, you can’t have just one. Welcome home Cessna and Piper! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the herd thinks. Cessna and Piper will be introduced to the horses after they complete their quarantine. For now, they are enjoying the hot days in the barn under fans and evenings free to roam and play, as they adjust to our temperatures. They’re even more adorable than we had imagined, sweet and very relaxed. We love these fellas already, they have been a lot of fun for everyone to have around.

Well, we figured it was past due on announcing this beauty to everyone. Please welcome, Gitt N Darling Delilah to Hyatt Farms. She is a daughter of Silver Bullet and Darling Darla (daughter of the PO Stallion & Black Babydoll). Many of you already know her or some of the exceptional offspring she has produced, like GypsyDreams GD Big Kahuna. Delilah has been living it up with us for several months now and this big, bay beauty is everything we had hoped for and more. We have a very handsome fella picked out for Big D this year and look forward to sharing her journey with us. We still have a few more announcements and surprises in store for 2023. We figured it was time to finally introduce Lady Prada. This big, bay beauty has been with us for a few months now and we couldn’t be more pleased with her. She is currently in foal to a stunning bay boy, expecting later this summer. Prada came to us from Ireland and we wanted to thank Davies Irish Cobs for making this possible.
