As well as her professional education and extensive experience working with all types of dogs with varying behavior issues. 3) And most importantly, THE OWNERS! Yes YOU are the secret weapon in this mission. Unlike any other! The training that Smart Dogs Walk has to offer is different from what other dog trainers are doing. We use a balanced training approach that uses positive reinforcement for teaching new behaviors and we use corrections for discouraging unwanted behaviors. See tools and concepts for more info. Balanced dog training is a modern training approach, but what sets us apart is the formatting of our teaching. Every single step of the way is detailed and documented in your SDW Workbook that contains the outline and agenda for each session, the step-by-step of every training protocol that we teach, and even the homework assignments that are to be completed each week. The SDW Workbook makes it possible for owners to follow along throughout the program and receive a fully comprehensive learning experience. Our training programs are thoughtfully planned out to gradually progress as the dogs and owners learn the material.
