As a Master Groomer, Kathy owns, and has been operating Classy Critters Inc. for the past 25 years, and loves every minute of it. Kathy’s experience, knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment has enabled her to readily identify suspicious lumps sores and skin problems that need special attention. Her experience with special needs dogs, allows Classy Critters to stand out within the industry. Because of her unique qualifications, Classy Critters gladly accepts elderly dogs, feared breeds, and behaviorally challenged dogs and handle their grooming needs too. Kathy is committed to offering the best possible grooming experience to all of her clients and their beloved pets.
As a Senior Dog Bather and Groomers Assistant, Justine brings to Classy Critters unsurpassed knowledge and expertise in all aspects of professionally preparing any dog breed for grooming. The final stage of the grooming process (cutting and sc******ng) benefits greatly through skilled bathing and the implementation of proper hygiene techniques prior to the haircut. The real secret however, behind Justine’s beautifully hand blown-dry coats, is her sincere passion for grooming and love for dogs.
As Co-founder and Managing Director of a successful Lake County Non-Profit Animal Rescue Group, Cindy’s passion and love for animals ultimately lead her to the grooming industry. But her talent didn’t stop there, in addition to supporting Kathy as a Groomers Assistant and Apprentice, Cindy continues to design, manage and maintain our page, Website and all social media. Her wealth of knowledge and business expertise has proven to be most beneficial to Classy Critters. We are pleased to have her on our team.
Donna has been assisting Kathy as Office Manager for a number of years, and in addition to her administrative role, she has expanded her responsibilities to utilize her experience a Groomers Assistant. After a short retirement, we are thrilled with her return, and pleased to see her take on this added task. Donna’s sincere love for dogs, and the warm and caring customer relations that she established with Classy Clients and their pets over time, are certainly a welcomed return.
