Lyla and I got to try Fast Cat for the first time this weekend and loved it! She went from 6.67mph on her first run to 21.04mph on her last run today. We're only 35 points away from earning our BCAT title!

HOLIDAYS HOURS FOR 4TH OF JULY
I will be closed all day on Tuesday July 4th for the holiday but will be open 8am-last appointment as usual on Monday July 3rd and Friday July 7th.
I do still have a few morning and afternoon appointments available for Monday the 3rd; message me to get your pup in for a spa day before the holiday!

Happy Friday everyone! This is just a friendly reminder that I do require a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancelations to avoid a no show fee. No show fees are the full price of the missed appointment but I have been lenient on those as of late. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to waive those fees and they will be required to be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment. I understand that emergencies do happen and those will be handled on a case by case basis. Expired vaccines will also be subject to a no show fee as I cannot accept pets with expired vaccines. I appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation regarding these policies.

Due to a schedule change I will be opening Mondays for grooming appointments starting in June to accommodate as many appointments as possible each week. Just a reminder that I am not accepting new clients OVER 30 pounds until further notice; this will not effect my current clients that stay on a regular schedule.

We have finally made our move and are settling into our new location with Carmen's Critter Wash, LLC . Our new address is 846 4th Ave Windom. Just to clear up some confusion and answer a few questions: I am still my own separate business and will continue to run things as I always have. I know how important it is to everyone that things continue to stay one-on-one and not have long appointments for their pups. We can't wait to start this new adventure with everyone!

MOVING UPDATE
I will be moving my business to the new location in Windom at the beginning of March. The original plan had been to move to my home outside of Mt Lake but a fantastic opportunity presented itself to work with my wonderful friend and colleague at her new business Carmen's Critter Wash, LLC. This will mean a slight schedule change in the future and limited grooming appointments so I would highly recommend scheduling future appointments as far in advance as possible. I will also no longer be accepting new clients until after I am settled in the new location and have an opportunity to review my current client list and determine how many openings I have available. Thank you for your continued support and I can't wait to see everyone at the new location!

A few changes are coming to Kayleigh's in 2023!
We will now be requiring consultations for all new grooming clients prior to scheduling the first appointment to assess behavior, coat condition, and vaccines. This is unfortunately due to a high number of no shows and expired vaccines among new clients.
We will also be moving location in the Spring/Summer of 2023. This date is still tentative and further announcements will be made as we get closer. Don't worry, we will still be in the community and the move will only add about 5 minutes to everyone's commute.

It's that time of year again! With the holidays quickly approaching we are starting to fill up for grooming appointments. If you want to get your furry family members all cleaned up for the holidays we would strongly suggest scheduling your Thanksgiving and Christmas appointments now before they're all gone. To the individual(s) that vandalized my salon by throwing a rock through the window last night, I hope you realize how serious your actions are. The window you decided to shatter is located directly above the kennels where I keep 3 of my personal dogs and occasionally client dogs. Had any of them been in their kennels when you did this they would have been seriously injured by your actions. In the future I hope you think about what you're doing a little more.
To my amazing clients, thank you so much for understanding the last minute cancelations and closure today. It's greatly appreciated!
