I sincerely apologize for any missed, cancelled or rescheduled appts. I've been battling a lot of health issues since the accident and thus have been unable to perform to my peak performance as I have been in the past. I'm kicking it into high gear but unfortunately I am only taking local appts to Frostproof area within thirty minutes. As well as that, I'm only grooming small dogs only. No cats or big dogs anymore.

Additionally to put my health first I want to make sure my work load is lessened. I can not offer 10-14 hour days anymore. That's taken a toll on my mental and physical well being. Whoever thinks groomers play with dogs all day and that we have fun has obviously never tried to groom their own dog before 😂

Notice : Cancellation policy :
We've had a lot of cancellations last minute and even showing up and being turned away due to financial reasons on the customer. If this happens you run the risk of us not providing services to you again ontop of a fee for canceling less than 24 hr notice. This is not okay. This is a business, we have bills to pay and it will not be tolerated. New appts totalling over $200 will require a deposit to hold the appt to ensure you won't cancel on us last second. Sorry but the bad apples are ruining how we do business from here on out.
