🛑 We will immediately be implementing this policy🛑

If you’re a new client, we will require a day of trial drop in care, before you’re able to book several days in a row and take long vacations.

This is at your expense. We have had a situation arise and we as a company need to be sure our staff’s safety is top priority.

With this being said, these drop in visits will be able to provide us some insite on the dogs temperament, so we have seen some pets are not as they are, while the owner is home.

As a company, we never want to have to cancel care, while you’re away but when there is an instance where our staff’s safety is a concern, your emergency contact will be called and the visits will be canceled and a refund will not be issued. (including long term bookings)

We hope that each of you understand the importance and heart we put into this policy and we even hate to have to do this but our reputation speaks for itself in this business and we hold all of our clients dear to our hearts.

Did you know?

Sniffing can be very calming for dogs.

A meandering, sniff session on a long-leash can release the mood-boosting chemical in their brain called dopamine.

The mental stimulation that a dog gets on a slow walk with lots of sniffing is greater than that of a frenzied walk.

A sniffy walk tires a dog out from all of the analyzing that happens when taking in all the scents.

As a result, you get a more relaxed and tired pup.
