* Sales Policy for Purchases:
1. The policy below is in effect even if you did not read the policy
2. We DO NOT guarantee hatch rates as there are many things that can affect incubation results. Things such as: humidity, temperature, and the type of incubator you have (
to name a few).
3. Payment options are: Cash, Cash App, PayPal and Messenger pay (NO EXCEPTIONS)
4. We work diligently to sell on a first-come first serve basis. We do maintain a waiting list if payment is not made within 24 hours (unless other arrangements have been made).
5. This one is hard for people to understand, but we have the right to terminate a sale at any time without explanation.
6. If a deposit or full payment is obtained as a part of the agreement to hold chickens or eggs, we will not refund that money should you change your mind. We consider the sale final at that time. If you change your mind after paying in full, we will refund half of the amount sent, as our time and effort are compensable. Note: If something happens before pick-up to the eggs or chickens while in our care, a complete refund will be issued.
7. We will not sell chickens or eggs to anyone under the age of 18. No exceptions.
8. Once chickens leave our farm, they become your responsibility. We will not and do not take back any chickens purchased by the buyer. We are a closed flock farm. We will not risk any disease or illness being brought back to our farm.
9. On the rare occasion a chicken passes away between the time you take the chicken home and 48 hours, please private message us to discuss. Keep in mind ONLY IF NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. Things you need to know before you purchase baby chickens are: they need the proper nutrition and water, and they need heat if they are very young. It is your responsibility to know how to care for chicks or chickens prior to purchase. We will not replace for neglect on the part of the buyer.
10. All baby chicks as sold as is, and we guarantee they are clean and free of sickness.
11. We do not offer delivery of eggs, chicks or chickens unless prior arrangements have been made.
12. Our chickens can be used for pets, breeding and in some cases show. All chickens are priced according to their color, quality, personality and breed.
13. All pickups are by appointment only. We will agree on a date and exact time (within five minutes). If you do not show up at the scheduled time, without any given notice prior, the appointment will be cancelled and the sale will be voided. Out of courtesy, please do not cancel an appointment at the last minute unless it is an emergency. We will continue to be in touch throughout the purchasing process. If you become unresponsive to messages, we will believe you are no longer interested, and will consider the sale void. PLEASE READ ALL ABOVE BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT OUR FARM OR ITS ANIMALS :)
