Today, we hosted our first Paws on the Patio event of 2025 at Andrew's Coffee, and it was a paw-sitive success! 🐾
We were joined by amazing teams from @clevelandheightsah, @hornyhoundstreatco , @spca_florida , and @luckypuppynailspecialists for a day of fun, learning, and connecting with our wonderful community.
☕ Andrew's Coffee generously donated a portion of their drink proceeds to SPCA Florida.
🐾 Lucky Puppy Nail Specialists offered discounted nail trims.
🦷 Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital provided courtesy dental health evaluations and advice.
🍪 Horny Hounds Co. brought their delicious dog treats for sale.
🐶 SPCA Florida brought adorable adoptable dogs and held a fantastic raffle to support their cause!
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, and the turnout was even better than we expected. As Winnie the Pooh once said:
"We didn’t even notice, but we were making memories."

🌟 Why We Don’t Offer Sleepover Pet Sitting 🌟
At Atta Boy! , your pet’s safety and well-being are our top priority, but aldo our team of employees. That’s why we’ve made the decision not to offer sleepovers or overnight stays at your home. Here’s why:
1. Safety First: Having a pet sitter stay overnight can inadvertently expose our staff to various risks, like potential contact with unknow allergens like Mold, toxic cleaning practices or pests.
2. Reduced Risk of Unforeseen Issues: Our team works during the day when our staff can actively monitor your pet's environment. During overnight hours, risks like break-ins or hidden hazards, like people making bad choices, can be harder to detect and control. Homes may also contain very well hidden cameras. We have even had a dog years ago attempt to bite a sitter ( on their face!) while sleep due to getting spooked when the sitter moved in their sleep.
3. Prioritizing Self: for those staff soing sleep overs that meand they arent at their own home with the own pets, human children + partners. That process will eventually wear on employees and causes very quick burn out for the position
Many potential clients want this sleepover service thinking it will be beneficial if something happens overnight- like if the pet had a medical emergency- but reality many people are deep sleepers and wouldnt wake up until their routine AM process.
Instead, we recommend multiple **Pop-In Visits** throughout the day, so your pet gets the care, attention, and exercise they need without compromising our teams safety
Being able to offer quality pet care long term is our mission — and we believe this approach is the best way to ensure they get the care they deserve! 🐾

Bebe is here to tell you- we know, you are EXHAUSTED- but there are some things to do to continue to prep for FALL- keep those pets hydrated! Even as temperatures cool, pets can still become dehydrated. Wash and refill that bowl DAILY.
Post Milton Hurricane Preparedness: If a storm is forecasted, have a plan for your pets. Ensure they have ID tags with updated contact info, microchips with updated contact info and at least 1 extra of supplies and meds.
Allergies: Fall can bring about seasonal allergies. Keep an eye out for symptoms like itching or sneezing and consult your vet if needed.
Holiday Hazards: With holidays approaching, be mindful of decorations, plants (like poinsettias), and foods that may be toxic to pets.
Exercise Routine: Maintain regular exercise as the weather cools, but adjust times to avoid the heat of the day. We know you are busy- book those one- off midday or dinner visits for your pets so we will take care of them, while you take care of presents and parties!
