"Good Morning! Happy Sunday! When I arrived, Bolt was laying on the couch when I got there, as soon as he saw me, he got up and was ready to go outside. I lift him up and we went to the front yard to explore the world 🌎, (not really, but he went off walking),We stayed out there until he went poo and p*e then went back in for breakfast. I fed him his food and he waited patiently for his medicine in a piece of bread. I tore up a small piece of bread into a few pieces and put it in his breakfast and he gobbled it right up! We went out in the back yard until it was time to go. I put a little ice cubes in his water so it could be extra cold. Of course he needed some love and cuddles, he’s the sweetest boy! 💜 "

Hermit Crabs are one of the most inaccurately managed pets in the world- resulting in high death rates as pets- most lasting only a few minths to 1 years in captivity when they should last 15+ years! Did you know most hermit crabs are taken from the WILD for the pet trade as well? Hey pals! Noah here & I'm available for adoption at ! I'm excited to tell you about our epic adventure! 🐾 Mr Johnny and I kicked things off with a paw-some hike at Highlands Scrub – as soon as we got out of the car, the sniffing marathon was on! I swear, I've never smelled so many things in one morning. Then, we hit up Common Ground Park, where I got to show off my squirrel-spotting skills while the kids played.

But the highlight? baby! They handed me treats like it was raining snacks, but guess what? I'm a picky eater! So, I politely declined by spitting them out (oops), but hey, sharing is caring, right? We took the cookies back to Polk County Bully Project for the other pooches to enjoy.

Well, let's just say, I was out like a light on the ride home. Mission accomplished, folks – I'm officially pooped!

Probiotic Cat Litter or Glow in the dark litter?! How cool! @boxiecatlitter came out with some cool products to reduce odor, have a cleaner litterbox and even help cats WANT to pee in the box by mimicking ammonia glow in the dark look ( which cats can see with their eyes to help track pray!). Great option potentially for litter box aversion issues- they have both clay, crystal and alternative options like wheat and rye litter available on their website or Amazon! Perk: they also donate litter to shelters in need and are approaching almost 300,000 lbs of litter donated!

Atta Boy! Animal Care began in December 2013 when Founder Amber Van Denzen realized there was a need for PROFESSIONAL dog walking + in-home pet care services for Lakeland + Mulberry, Fl residents. The idea was to both teach pet owners how to be the best pet parents they can be, and to help eliminate the number of unwanted pets turned into shelters due to their owners not having enough “time” to care for them. Amber’s idea was to provide an unmatched suite of quality services that would help busy pet owners, be great pet parents.

Today, Atta Boy! Animal Care is the premier in-home pet sitting + dog walking service in Lakeland, Fl. We work with our clients to create a customized pet care plan tailored to their pets’ lifestyle. We believe that by providing care for your pets in their own home will relieve any unwanted stress that may be caused while boarding and day cares and will lessen the incidence of unwanted learned behaviors and/or the potential risk of exposure to illness.
