** 2025 Boarding Rate Update **

Hello Everyone!! With Paw Partner we WERE planning on switching to their format of booking boarding (which I was not a fan of) - either way, I have found a solution, so we can keep our 24 hour boarding format for pricing.

The only difference will be when you book a PM to PM stay - EX. You book Friday PM to Sunday PM - Paw Partner automatically adds the evening pick up fee to your charge. Our solution will be just removing the charge AT PICK UP.

This means, yes your deposit will techinically be more than 50% of your stay is shorter BUT we will remove it at pick up so that you will not be paying a evening fee when you pick up your dog(s)

I find this pricing system to be the fairest compared to others I have seen! As long as this works for everyone, I would like to keep our 24 hour rate and just adjust those fees at pick up to keep everything simple.

I will give one more example - If you are boarding from Monday PM to Friday PM - you would pay the deposit on 4 nights and a PM Pick up Fee. When you pick up on Friday, we will simply remove the fee and your pick up pricing will be a smaller amount than your deposit!

We LOVE Paw Partner so much, this is just ONE little flaw in their system that just doesn't line up with us which is OK! We will make it work!!

November Newsletter

Good Afternoon Furry Friends! We are excited to bring back Secret Santa for our Daycare and Boarding Clients! If you are interested in joining, please text - email or message us so we can add you to the list, we will be taking participants until December 1st!

** Updated Closure / Holiday List ABOVE! **

Small Dog Social To our Small Dog Social Parents! Due to Staffing, we will not be able to offer Small Dog Socials during the Months of January, February AND March! We hope to bring it back in April - we will keep you posted! If you do does well with larger dogs, they are welcome to come still and join our group!

12 Days of Christmas Our best offer on packages for the year begins December 13th! We will be offering our discount for 12 days, starting with 12% off and going down until we hit 1% off on December 24th! This is for DAYCARE PACKAGES ONLY! Plan ahead, we will be raising prices on January 1!

Price Increase We will be increasing the price on most of our services by a tiny bit on January 1 - you are welcome to book ahead and buy packages prior to this date to pay the current rates. With the rising cost of life and product, we do this so we can maintain the high quality care we provide for you and your dogs! We plan to bring in new additions and improve our facility in many ways this year, we are super excited for 2025!

Winter Shutdown Since we will be short staffed this winter, we will be shutdown February 5th to February 12th while Sam is out of the country with family. We will market this shutdown to remind our clients between now and then, but since we already know the dates we wanted to give everyone a BIG heads up! We appreciate all of your cooperation.

Paw Payments We will be switching our payment portal to Paw Payments once our last loan through Square is paid off shortly, we will announce our official transition date once we are ready to make the leap! All payments will be taken online through Paw Partner and you will be able to save your card on file there as well. Packages can be purchased online through there as well when we switch too!

Current Requirements Just a reminder, if you are referring new friends to come join us, we still require all new dogs to complete a trial day / night! We do this to make sure all dogs are comfortable with our routine and layout / kennels. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella & Distemper. All puppies over 9 months old must be spayed or neutered to test with our playgroup as well! We appreciate all the word of mouth clients we have gotten lately, it makes our hearts so warm!

Baby Williams COMING SOON Our lovely Manager Miss Nicole is due in 2025!! We are playing a little game in our lobby where daycare / boarding clients can guess her DUE DATE! Her current due date is February 5th, just like Secret Santa you can pick a date in person - message us, text us or email us and we will add you and your dog to the date you choose! The closest answer will receive a gift basket & a coupon for daycare/boarding! I will have the poster done this week.
