Got to do this little 4 lb nugget along with her brother and big sister. Big sister is only 6lbs and big brother is 10 to 15 lbs. All of them are love bugs but this little girl is the sweetest love nugget.

JUST A DOG -

From time to time, people tell me, "lighten up, it's just a dog," or "that's a lot of money for just a dog." They don't understand the distance traveled, the time spent, or the costs involved for "just a dog."

Some of my proudest moments have come about with "just a dog." Many hours have passed and my only company was "just a dog," but I did not once feel slighted.

Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by "just a dog," and in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of "just a dog" gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.

If you, too, think it's "just a dog," then you will probably understand phrases like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or "just a promise."

"Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust, and pure and unbridled joy.

"Just a dog" brings out the compassion and patience that makes me a better person.

Because of "just a dog," I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future. So for me and folks like me, it's not "just a dog" but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past, and the pure joy of the moment.

I hope that someday they can understand that it's not "just a dog," but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being "just a man." So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog," just smile--because they "just don't understand."

Maybe this visual will help us understand what is and isn’t a healthy weight for our pets! We want our animals to live long healthy lives without being diabetic etc. This is for everyone who is confused about dog weight, this is not to shame you or your pet. These pictures are only to educate you in a way that would be best understood on what a healthy dog should look like. There are a lot of people, and even some veterinary professionals, that would say the last picture represents a healthy dog, BUT IT DOES NOT! Today, because there are so many overweight pets, it is hard to recognize when your dog is unhealthy but I hope this picture is able to give you some perspective. I always say “feel and feed” feel your dogs ribs, spine and hipbones and feed accordingly! Don’t let your dog get grossly overweight 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please please please remember your fur babies don’t understand why the sky is making all these loud noises with crazy colors coming out of nowhere.
Find a dark area in the house or make it dark, turn on the tv loud or loud music for background noise to muffle the fireworks.
Give your baby a Benadryl ( look up to see proper dosage per weight of dog ) .
Give lots of love and let them know it’s ok.
Keep Secure in your home! do not leave free in yard , so they can bolt if frightened...
Also remember to Enjoy your day responsibly and if drinking please have a designated driver or take an Uber . everyone wants to get home to their loved ones !

Sunday funday, love what I do. Such a sweet baby , who was full of mats to the flesh. Breaks my heart when I get them In such condition but love how they look and act after they are freshly groomed.
