I never thought I would make it 5 minutes without you, let alone a year. No words can express how much you are missed. A little sadder today & some tears.. the saying it true…the only time a dog breaks your heart is when they leave us.

One year ago Rudy was diagnosed with grade 2 high mast cell cancer and under went his first surgery. The oncologist gave him 4 weeks to live. It was the hardest pill to swallow…Rudy was rambunctious as ever running everywhere, playing frisbee, playing tug-o-war with Parker…just looking at him, you would never have know how sick he was. Rudy defied the odds and was his normal happy crazy self for 6 months up until the day before he died when he had a horrible seizure. His mind recovered but his body didn’t and he passed the next morning. I miss him everyday and my heart still aches. Thankful for the 11 years he was in my life but will forever wish I had more time. So grateful for & and all the people at for everything they did for Rudy .
