Health Certificates
Wellness
Sick Calls (Limited and Seasonal)
Surgery/Dentals (Limited)
*We highly recommend est. Our primary mission is to provide world class veterinary care to maintain the health of our military working dogs. We also recognize the value of the human animal

bond in the health and well being of our soldiers and their families and are proud to extend our services to active duty and retired military family pets. Secondarily, we provide:
-Health certificate examinations and paperwork for PCSing families
-Wellness and preventative medicine (Vaccines, Heartworm test, Microchips, flea/tick prevention, etc)
-Surgery (basic spays, neuters, possibly mass removals and other MINOR procedures based on availability of
CPT DVM's, but NO ORTHOPEDIC procedures)
-Dentals (limited to dental prophylaxis, minor extractions, but extensive dental work is referred off base)
-Sick Call Appts (ear infections, skin infections, etc). Our sick call availability is extremely limited and
SEASONAL. We typically decrease our sick call availability from June through October every year. The appearance of external links or the use of third-party applications on this site does not constitute official endorsement on behalf of the U.S. Army or Department of Defense.

PSA - Please remember that our facility doesn't take walk in appts or urgent care (same day) needs.

We will eventually have some 45 min Diagnostic/ Sick Call appts starting in October when our new Military Veterinarians start working in the clinic. They are going to be EXTREMELY limited (3-5 a day is all for now) with the possibility of adding more later.

The suggestion has been and always will be to call or come into the clinic (2 phone lines, 2 acting-receptionist, no voicemail system in place, and thousands of clients... so it's tough to get through on the phone some times - it's unfortunately normal for the phone to continually ring rather than give a busy signal..I promise if we're open...we're answering as many phone calls as we physically can) to check availability for an appt.

HOWEVER if we don't have any availability please undertand that it is not the person on the phone's fault and be polite. We have everyone sign policy paperwork initialling that they understand we don't do same day appts, urgent care, or emergencies for personally owned animals. We're just not set up that way.

The recommendation is to have an off-base clinic established in case of same day issues or sick call issues if we can't get you in for an appt. We understand how frustrating this can be but unfortunately with our client load, clinic size, and DVM availability, we're at capacity of what we can handle.

Please message anytime with any questions or concerns.
