Let's schedule a meet & greet, and allow us to show you that we are more than just animal lovers: We're savvy, reliable, and show every pet the same level of care that they get from their own families. Before the stay, we'll verify that the dogs'/ cats' care & safety plan instructions are updated with:

—> An emergency contact who can make decisions for the dog while the owner is away.
—> Safety Plan to soothe separation anxiety, prevent illnesses and injuries.
—> Other important care information, such as feeding instructions, bathroom routine, behaviors and exercise schedule. Additional Skills

Nothing Beats A New Adventure. New sights. New smells. New experiences. Here's where we'll take our walks or runs, other:
Suburban & downtown neighborhoods, local woodlands, Lake Erie Beach. During the stay, experience every step of your dog's walk through text updates, live GPS tracking, pee/poo notifications, and photo report cards. Our goal as sitters is to provide dogs and or cats the same experience they get at home, or one that's even better! We try to match the dogs' and or cats' routine, from potty breaks to the methods the owners use to reward or correct behavior. Then, we throw in some extra fun to make the stay memorable for all -- the dogs, cats, owners and me! Special requests honored have included everything from attending an outside opera, hiking a cliff, sailing with and swimming alongside dogs, to playing piano inside a suite for the cat. Service animal accompaniment assignments accepted. Looking forward to the next adventure. In Your Home

CLE Pups is a new volunteer effort that is resident-led and supported by Northwest Neighborhoods. The goal is to support both dogs and pet owners in Cleveland by connecting residents to information necessary to find their dogs if they go missing, adopt an amazing pup if they are looking to add a dog to their family and access resources necessary to care for their pet if they are experiencing financial hardship.

James Howard Jackson, one of five individuals charged in connection with the 2021 shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker and kidnapping of her French bulldogs, pleaded no contest Monday to a charge of attempted murder. Jackson was sentenced to 21 years in prison. According to authorities, the individuals were not aware that the dogs belonged to the famous musician. Rather, their incentive lay in the sale value of French bulldogs, which can be in the thousands of dollars, according to officials.

Less than a year after it was implemented, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) import ban has been revised, with new and sensible measures now in place to allow the safe import of healthy rescue dogs again.

“COLD HEARTED”

This winter make sure you keep an eye on your furry friend and don’t leave them unattended for too long in the cold weather! Many dogs freeze to death every winter due to neglect from their owners.

The idea that animals can “handle it” is an excuse for abuse. If you notice a dog being left outside in the cold, contact the police or animal control and tell them the dog has no access to water or shelter (if applicable) and needs to be taken indoors as required by law. That simple action could save a dogs life!

Naturally the cold affects different breeds of dogs differently. However, any dog is vulnerable to catching hypothermia or frostbite in weather below 20 degrees F.
So stay warm with our furry companions and keep a protective eye open for other animals!
