With all the changes in the last couple of months, we have made the decision to place Gigi, if not spayed before leaving, she will go with a spay contract, will release the registration after confirmation of spay. She is black, DOB 9/14/2019, weighs around 45lbs. She is crate trained, walks OK on leash, LOVES attention, comes when called (if she's not already underfoot). She does need to be fed floating her food, a slow feed bowl may work as well. She has not had all of her health clearances done, but definitely not affected by EIC/PRA/RD/DM etc. Will get pictures ASAP.

The good thing about having multiple generations is you see things you loved in the offspring and grands, etc. The bad thing is you can see them in the ancestors and offspring, especially when they’re “gone too soon”. There’s no “just like their mama/daddy”, but enough time and you see the similarities and differences. Lin, Pink, and Cookie, three generations, lots of similarities and lots of differences.

The puppies experienced grass for the first time today! Of course trying to get pictures was like herding cats as usual. 🤣 Playtimes and cuddle times with them are definitely the highlights of the day! They're already bold and ready to investigate, can't wait to start taking them on excursions and to the pond! Our world may have been completely turned upside-down, but they're getting just as much if not more than any of our other babies!

Update, we are working very hard! Our main goal today is to get our water hooked up (because of all the damage we turned the water off until we could get it redone for the immediate need). The dogs have had water as we had a barrel and troughs of water but we still need the running water. Tomorrow we will be doing some temporary kennels (hopefully we have all we need). Thank you for your prayers and many wishes and gifts.

One of many reasons I am hesitant about dog parks, doggie daycare, etc. It is NOT curable to the dogs and can cause lifelong issues in humans!

Cookie has been wanting the pink chew for a few days because Maggie has had it. She picked it up and chewed on it for a bit, then quit because now she wants the one Maggie has. Excuse the "slobber spots", the cover sheet was just changed a few minutes ago. 🤦‍♀️
