We're proud to bring Natasha and her skills aboard to further our abilities to care for your beloved pets! Natasha has grown up around dogs her entire life, from training to even making childhood attempts at grooming her grandmother's Scotties and Westies. Natasha's passion and joy shines through and you can see it in her interactions with every dog. Grooming is truly an art form for her and we're so excited to have her talents here with us!

If you take in one these guys I will give them and one of your personal dogs a FREE groom. Let’s make sure they don’t end up in the freezing rain tomorrow. My heart can’t do it.

Alright yall. These dogs have been left at an abandoned house in Kempner. They are currently outside. Someone is going and checking on them, but we need to find some help for them and get them out of this situation. I will gladly groom them, free of charge.
Lampasas animal shelter is full and can not take them in. If you can’t take any in, can you please share this post? It’s way too cold. 😭

Alright! Finally getting a moment to gather my thoughts and post about the grooming expo I ran off to last weekend. 🙂
As some of yall know, I went to the US Pet Pro Classic last weekend and not only did I learn so much all weekend, but I also [finally] competed for the first time!
While Xander and I didn’t place, I feel absolutely fantastic about what we accomplished in the ring that day and got some great feedback from my judges. 🥰 I can’t wait to apply what I learned and do even better in the future! 🫶

This weekend was also a great opportunity to connect with friends that I met last year, and make a ton more new friends within the industry! It was super cool to meet so many folks that I’ve admired from afar since coming into this industry.

One of the best things about going to events like this is the sharing of knowledge. I am a huge nerd for continuing education and always improving in the field. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in this industry if you don’t keep up with what’s being put out, new developments, and tech, etc. I pride myself and am dedicated to learning all that I can to keep your pets care the best that I can provide. ❤️

Here’s to learning and continuing to grow in the future. Thank you to my clients and your continued support of my little business. We sure appreciate yall and your pets!

One of my great passions in grooming is dealing with the spicy dogs. They're usually anxious and used to pushing people away. They learn what makes people stop— and they use that. The more they do this the more it affirms to them that the person handling them isnt in control. And honestly— they want anyone but themselves to take control, but they don't trust just anyone. I believe with dogs like this it's important to 1) not take things personally 2) stay confident in your abilities (or know your limits and refer out— this is definitely not for everyone) 3) keep your emotions and energy in check because they will feed off of that and most of all 4) be respectful. Give them a moment to check something out, to switch weight distribution, to know what's coming next.
