My mission is to provide Individualized Attention for your Pets and Home. Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances where I can be of service. Unusual working hours or illnesses may make it necessary for you to need my help. When those times arise, I am just a phone call away. Pets:
We currently have 6 dogs of our own (2 Chihuahuas, 2 yorkies, and 2 standard poodles), 8 barn cats, 2
birds, 6 cows and 3 calves, 2 horses, and a very old donkey! We have raised dogs, cats, rats, raccoons, deer, a monkey, rabbits, fish, birds, horses, goats, cows, and a prairie dog throughout our lives. I understand how hard it can be to work a full time job and give your pets the attention they need and deserve. Too many pet owners love their pets, but don't always have the time and/or energy to give the what they require. Owning a pet-sitting and boarding business allows me to help pet owners with this dilemma, making it easier to have happier, healthier pets and owners. Before moving to the Lampasas area in 2001, we lived in Lakeway where I worked for a Veterinary Clinic for over 6 years. In that time I had several clients that would ask me to care for their pets while they were away. I loved this part of my job, but I had to give that all up when we moved to Lampasas. We now live on 130 acres outside of Lampasas. After moving to Lampasas, I was frequently asked by friends to take care of their pets or large animals while they were away. So, I started thinking, we need a pet sitter and boarding service in this area. I understand the challenges of trying to get away and worrying about the care of your beloved pets and large animals. There were no boarding facilities or pet sitters in the area and sometimes it is hard to find a neighbor or a friend nearby to lend a helping hand. Whether you are new to the area, or not, you can rest assured that your pet will be treated as if it is my own.
