He was in to get checked for some blood in his urine and we did an ultrasound on him.
With some medication and switching his food he should make a full recovery.

Vienna was in to check her eyes.
After doing some diagnostics, she was sent home with medication.
Baby was in for a senior blood panel and vaccines.
They both were so good.

Handsome Rebel was in for a follow up exam on his eyes.
We treated him a little while ago and wanted to make sure he was getting better.
This visit he was sent home with more medication, a nail trim, and his monthly medication for fleas and ticks.
He's a very sweet boy. 😊

Seven year old adorable Jensen was in for a dental exam and ended up having a dental procedure done that same day. After having a senior panel blood drawn to make sure he was able to go anesthesia, he was ready to go. The surgery was a success and he left with pearly whites and fresh breath.

Winter is in full force here. Let's keep our pets safe and warm.
Cold weather can affect dogs in many ways, including frostbite, hypothermia, and discomfort.
* Limit outside time
Even if your dog has a thick coat, you shouldn't leave them outside for too long.
* Protect their paws
Snow, ice, salt, and toxic chemicals can build up on your dog's paws.
* Watch for signs of discomfort
Shivering is an involuntary response that helps dogs warm up.
Joint stiffness, difficulty regulating body temperature, and increased risk of slipping can also be signs of discomfort. If your dog doesn't wear booties, check their paws for frostbite.
Remember, if it's too cold for you, it's probably too cold for your pet, so keep your animals inside. Pets can freeze, become disoriented, and even die if left outdoors.

A loss of appetite in dogs can happen for various reasons, from stress and changes in their routine to more serious health concerns like dental disease, infections, or digestive problems.
If they refuse food for more than 24 hours and show other symptoms such as vomiting, lethargy, or weight loss it's time to come see one of our veterinarians.

Handsome Coco is 17 weeks old. He was in for some more vaccines and did great. His owner also asked about getting his cherry eye fixed. The doctor recommended waiting until he's six months old if it isn't bothering him.
We will get him all taken care of when the time comes. Coco is the sweetest boy 🤗
