Guess the lay date!!

She’s been paired since April 13th, HOWEVER, I only physically witnessed a true lock the other day. Not a clue if they have locked previously.

Given she has doubled her mid section, I’d say she likely already gravid and has been separated to lay in peace.

So technically she could lay anytime from today to 6 weeks from now.

Guess a date!!! Let’s see who can get it right.

A litter of Kenyan Zebra Skinks! KZS’s are live bearers and can give birth to multiple litters in one year. This picture of 5 + 2 unseen are all from 1 litter.

Blazing blue collard lizards. We have been on the hunt for quite some time. These are both juvenile females. The males get very bright blue with yellow heads and the females take a grey tone with blue highlights.

A fun species to observe!
