Been here, busy with my faithful clientele 🐶 and my volunteer work 🎗

I'm doing a moment of bragging here. I would like to ask you all to check out a book myself and my international team have been working on for about 2 years. It is published on Amazon and working it's way around the globe. I am the CEO and USA Lead for this project. I am thrilled and so emotional about the final product. Blood, sweat and tears have come from multiple people in the Endometriosis Community to provide these lived experiences. Using art is therapeutic and takes things into a new perspective.

Not only will you find art and poetry, but we have also created a mindfulness poetry journaling section. There is also raw data and feedback from a survery we ran this past year.

Due to an increase of last min reschedule and cancelations we will be implementing a cancelation/reschedule fee.

We ask to be notified at least 24 hrs before appointment time to reschedule. If it is within 24 hrs, a $15 fee will be added to your final bill the next time you come in.

Priding ourselves on individualized care, we make sure we produce quality work within the comfort of a home based location. When we are asked about pricing, we give out a base quoted price. Not a set in stone price. Why? Because of many reasons.

🐾 We don't have the dog in front of us, we are only given information you provided. Based on dog breed, age, and experience it's had with past groomers depends on the base price.

🐾 Once dog is here for appt, the condition of the hair such as matting, can raise the price. This is more work on the groomer, and the dog too! This will be communicated during drop off.

🐾 During the appointment, temperament of the dog is assessed. If they are aggressive or I've had to muzzle them the price will be higher than the base price quoted.

🐾 When multiple dog family's are booked, price may increase. Caring for the animals while in my salon adds on extra work. Such as cleaning up messes, doing potty breaks, and having water. Multiple dog homes are NO LONGER up for discounts, as it actually takes more work to have multiple dogs all at once.

If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out. I havnt had many issues with pricing until lately. I've had prospective clients complain about how I run my prices and business. All of my current clients are happy and I get amazing feedback from my work. I know I'm doing the right thing and I know I won't please everyone.

For transparency, please keep in mind inflation is happening to US ALL.

They are plenty of other groomers around to try. I have my rules set for a reason. I worked in salons for 6 years, and have realized I can do better for myself and for the dogs in my care, on my own. I pride myself on individualized care. I don't rush. We value quality over quantities here at Obsessions Dog Grooming & Artisanry by Chelsea 🐾
