Just over 2 years of having clients at my own home and we have had some amazing feedback!

With close to 7 years of overall experience in the dog grooming industry, this has been some of the most rewarding years of my life. I am beyond thankful for each and every one of my clients. You all have helped make this a successful business with referrals and words of support and kindness. Thank you.

Before the word gets around I just did a customer this afternoon. A miscommunication over the head took place and I immediately offered $10 back to handle the miscommunication. Upon drop off one picture was shown as a basic refference and there was confusing explanations on how they wanted the head to be blended with the ears. Again admitting to miscommunication and admitting that fault I offered to refund $10. They left. Then began to harrass me after hours for a partial refund, on into a full refund. This is the first time I have ever had this much if a problem or disresolution with a client. Minor matting around the ears feet and ankles causing discomfort to the dog called for a $5 charge and she was outraged by this, after she got home apparently.

I'd like to be the first to speak on this experience. I do not believe a full refund was called for or else I would have. I still did a service and still deserve to be paid for my time. I have the matting for evidence and she has threatend to file a claim and report me to the police.

I have amazing clients and I am so thankful for the good ones.
