Hello wonderful clients!🩷Starting this Friday December 1st we will be putting some new policies in to effect.
🔴We will only be accepting cash and debit/credit card payments. All payments are due at the time services are completed. For safety purposes we do not carry change unless requested prior to your appointment.
🔴All clients taken on after December 1st: A NON-refundable deposit of half of the total grooming price estimate will be required during booking, and will be accepted via Zelle only. The appointment will not be saved if the deposit is not received. The deposit will be applied to the remainder of the grooming price on the day of the appointment, paid in cash or credit/debit card only. If your appointment is not canceled with at least 24 hours notice, you are not home for your appointment or if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to make another deposit to rebook.
🔴 All clients: if at least 24 hours notice is not given for cancellations, the late cancellation fee plus a NON-refundable deposit of half of total grooming price will be required before rebooking. The deposit ONLY will be applied to your next appointment.
