This little explorer found her way to us as a stray. Nervous and afraid, it took time for this gal to warm up to staff and find herself, but after months in shelter - Dora is hoping her stay with us is close to an end.
At 4 years old, Dora is past all that crazy puppy behavior and is ready for chill adult life. She is active and loves walks and playtime in the yard - but she also appreciates a good chill and cuddle.
Dora is reactive to other dogs, but has the potential to be OK with the right friend. We don't know how she is with cats. 🙀
If you think Dora would be your gal, come visit us! Because of how nervous Dora can be, she'll likely need a handful of visits before she'll be ready to go home.

Meet Duke ❤🐾
This handsome 2 year old boy has been with us for MONTHS. With hardly any interest. Duke is an energetic boy - like REALLY energetic, but he's also sweet, loving and dog friendly! 🐶 He certainly does not deserve to have spent so much time in the kennel.
This young man found his way to us after his owner faced some... unsavory charges so Duke didn't have the best start to life - his manners need some work, but outside of that, Duke seems to be housebroken, knows basic commands and is eager to learn more.

Pretty girl, Soline ❤️🥹 is, sadly, back at the shelter for a third visit in her short life.
Originally arriving at the shelter as a stray puppy she struggled at the shelter - the loud noises and a poor socialization history made Soline afraid of the other dogs an anxious for a home.
Her first adoption was short lived as Soline’s energy level was too much. A young pitties energy reserves know no bounds! 😅
Next, we thought Soline has found her #furever home. But despite how much her family loved hwr - she came back to us after nearly a year. Her family moved and were allowed dogs like her. 🚫🐶
Now, this young lady is back on the hunt for a new family. Her ideal home would we without other dogs and older kiddos. Soline is a ball of energy and doesn’t always know how to keep her paws to herself.

Mr. Benny wanted us to share one of his favorite pastimes (outside of napping of course), FETCH! 🥎🐾
This older jack russel mix might not be up for long hikes anymore but he certainly still enjoys some playtime! Benny is living in foster care and since moving into foster we have learned that Benny is housebroken, crate-trained and just a lovely houseguest. Benny is good with other dogs and cats (he even shares his dog bed with his foster cat brother).

Happy #HumpDay (Wednesday) from Mr. Pita! 🌮
This handsome 5 year old boy is ready for adoption. Pita came to us as an abandoned "stray" after his family rehomed him and his new people decided they didn't want him either - so on the road he went.
Lucky for Pita he found his way to our shelter and into an amazing foster home. Pita is housebroken, crate-trained, SUPER people friendly and likes other dogs! We don't think he'd do well with cats because he loves to chase small critters. 🐿🐇

Meet Ruthann ❤️
This beautiful 2 year old shepherd mix is searching for a very special home.
Ruthann was surrendered to the shelter with 2 other dogs after her family fell on hard times and lost their home. Unfortunately, prior to coming to us Ruthann didn’t have a lot of socialization so she is very nervous meeting new people and sometimes it can take a few visits before she feels comfortable.
As you can see, once Ruthann gets to know you she is a playful and happy girl! She is good with dogs her size (no littles please), housebroken and crate trained.
