Dear Boulevard Veterinary Hospital Pet Parents, The staff here at Boulevard Veterinary Hospital would like to thank you for continuing to entrust us with your pets’ healthcare. As the current COVID-19 pandemic evolves we are committed to adapting our service model to minimize the risk to our collective public health, while still ensuring proper health care services for our patients. In order to accomplish these dual goals, the following measures are effective immediately and will be in place indefinitely:


  • All appointments will now be drop-off appointments which will be divided into the following steps:

    • Step 1: Once you have called and scheduled an appointment, please arrive in the parking lot and remain in your vehicle. Step 2: Please call us from your vehicle and we will dispatch a staff member to check you in and receive your pet for the drop-off examination. At this point, we encourage you to go home and wait for the staff/doctor to call you. Step 3: The staff/doctor will call you to go over medical history, answer questions, go over test results, discuss treatment options and recommendations. Once a course of treatment has been agreed upon, we will perform the services and advise you of a pick-up time. Step 4: Once you arrive for pick-up please park and remain in your vehicle. Call us from your vehicle to inform us of your arrival. A staff member will then get you checked out and will bring your pet to you, along with any medications/products that have been prescribed.


  • Any other services which require you to physically come to our office will be conducted similarly to our exams above, beginning with a call from our parking lot to notify us of your arrival.
