"I wish I could give LVS ten stars. My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma at just 3.5 years old and we met the amazing team at LVS, led by Dr. Binstock and Nurses Bethany and Dawn, shortly thereafter. Lots of places can provide cutting-edge medicine to your pet. The difference with LVS is the people.

They aren't just trusted, knowledgeable providers. They are caregivers for both your pet and you. Every time we turned into the parking lot my dog would start barking and jumping with excitement to see her LVS fan club. Knowing how much she enjoyed going to the doctor and the love and affection she received there made it much easier on me and I know improved her treatment outcome. And, unlike a big animal hospital in a big city, the office is in a quiet office park with plenty of outdoor space to sniff before and after appointments and a peaceful reception area to calm any nerves (both canine and human).

Dr. Binstock will be the first to tell you that no two dogs are alike [and] under her guidance and with suggestions for diagnostics, supplements and positive thinking, my dog never missed a beat during treatment. We treated off-and-on, as-needed for over 3.5 years and often family, friends, and neighbors couldn't believe my dog was on chemo because she was just as happy and energetic as all the other dogs. We were able to enjoy so many wonderful times together despite undergoing treatment.

Dr. Binstock will also be the first to tell you that the dog will tell us when it is time to stop treatment. When it finally came time to say goodbye to my baby, I chose to do so at LVS so she (and I) would be surrounded by love and peace. Obviously, it is incredibly sad to say goodbye to any pet at any age for any reason, but LVS made the unbearable that much more tolerable.

We had an unexpected visitor last night! Acorn Acres Wildlife Rehabilitation asked if we could get a blood sample from a squirrel and do some lab work for them. As you can see, everyone jumped at the opportunity to meet 7 year old San San, one of their resident squirrels. 🐿️
