Just a reminder that we are having an update done to our computers and server today. There will be a 3 hour period that we will not have access to our medical records. During this time we will not be able to check anyone out for food and medication pick ups. We also will not be able to check anyone out for any services during that time as well. The timing is approximately planned for 10am-1:30pm. We will be available by phone and e-mail, but will have to take messages and return your call once we have access to our medical records again that afternoon. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be, but it is necessary for us to be able to continue to be efficient and provide excellent care for your pets.

On Wednesday we will be replacing some of our computers and updating our server. This process will make it that we can not access our software for approximately 3 hours. This is scheduled for Wednesday the 6th. The timing is an approximate. During this time we will not be able to access our medical records. When you call in during this time frame we will have to take a message and return your call once we have access to our our records again. We also will not be able to check anyone out for any services, medications, or food. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but is necessary for our hospital to function the best it can to serve you.

Dear Clients,

We would like to sincerely thank you for entrusting your pet’s care to us. We are truly grateful that you have given us the opportunity to become part of your family’s care team.

As 2024 comes to a close and the new year is upon us, we wanted to announce that our office hours will be changing. Effective January 2, 2025 we will now be open Monday through Thursday 8 am to 7pm and Fridays 8am to 6pm. This change has been made in response to increased client requests for later evening appointments on weekdays. Our hope is that these new hours will make it more convenient for clients, and allow us to provide better service.

With these new weekday evening hours, we can no longer be open Saturday mornings. We are hopeful that the extended evening hours will better fulfill the crucial need for extended office hours more than the very limited Saturday hours did for clients. These new hours will also provide increased opportunity for our staff to spend time with their families on weekends, enabling them to recharge, and focus on providing exceptional care during the week.
