**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary technician/ assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills. **Duties:** - Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area - Process payments and handle billing inquiries - Maintain accurate records of patient information in the practice management system - Assist veterinary staff with various administrative tasks as needed **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience: - Experience in dog handling and animal care - Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal physiology - Familiarity with laboratory procedures and animal catheterization - Previous experience as a veterinary assistant is a plus - Ability to handle dog pet sitting, and animal handling tasks efficiently Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills in animal care and client service.
