DOT is doing major roads work in front of our shop. Some people are having to sit and wait for 10+ minutes. We are trying to work with people who are late the best we can but we also have leave in time to pick up kids from school. We usually only give a 10 minute grace period but we will extend it to 20 due to the road work. Anyone more than 20 minutes late unfortunately will have to reschedule. Please leave your house a little early 😁

The last minute cancellations, last minute reschedules and no shows have been outrageous this week…

We have always been understanding of emergencies and people who communicate with us if they are unable to make it to their appointment. We know emergencies happen.

We have always had a no show policy that is enforced. Clients who habitually cancel at the last minute will also be charged.

Please call us ASAP if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We are happy to reschedule you. We have other clients who would love to have your spot 😊

We know yall love Mrs. Linda just as much as we do and we are happy to announce that she is now a great grandmother (Great Nana) to little Eleanor. Congratulations to her grand daughter Taylor and her husband Cody! 🩷 We are happy she was able to take some time to spend with her family but we are soooo glad she will be back Monday 💃 🙌🏻👏🏻💜
