As the weather keeps heating up please be careful walking your pups on hot pavement . Try walking really early in the AM and then later in the evening .
Try walking on grassy areas.
If you can’t put the back of your hand on the pavement ( concrete or asphalt) for 7 seconds - it is too hot for your pups paws .🐾❤️

Client of the week. This lil blended family.. Let me start with the Corgi’s are to new to this pack - “Millie” - Blonde - “Luna”- Baby ..
They are the Grand baby’s of My Clients 3 Older chihuahuas. Those 2 are so high energy and so much fun.. Love to play fetch & grab each others toys. Love their belly ribs & sniffle time..

Ruby is a cuddle bug.. 🩷🐾Sapphire has a mind of her own. Sweet as can be, luvs to be loved yet on her own conditions.. 🐾🧡Now Lil Miss Sophie, So so timid, yet, I finally bonded with her. She snuck up on me and just wanted some luvin.. My heart ♥️ was so full as it was a long time coming as she is just basically frightened of her own shadow. Poor baby..
This was such a great step forward.. 🫶🐾🩷

Client of the week- this Beautiful senior sh*t-tzu ..
This lil shy girl is a “Closet Girl” she never comes out per the owner. I get to the house and she is at the door with her other 4 siblings waiting for me waiting to go for her walk.
When I text the Mom about my visit - Mom says- This is a Huge compliment to “ME”that she hardly comes out of the closet even for Her. She came out the other night for a bit/ she let her pet her & ran back in. Mom said she takes every lil bit she can get.
It truly made my heart smile to hear this from my clients. !

Zella- This Beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback is such a sweetie.. She is another girl I have not seen yet she is Ginger/ Gypsy’s Cousin.. Last time, The 3 of them were living together, she now has her own Big, Beautiful Yard & she is ruling the roost of her territory.. She is loving/ playful & the sweetest girl.. Missed her to pieces.. That face.. 🐾💛

Cocoa/ Bella- Got to sit “Again for my sweet girl Bella ( Yorkie) & this new addition Cocoa.. He has a bit of sepeation anxiety/ gets truly upset/ and can be difficult to NEW people.. His last home was a bit tramatizong to him, he really is a Sweet boy.. After a few visits & it has Finally worked out with him.. We “bonded” Mission accomplished!!!.. So exciting as I truly missed my sweet Bella.. 🐾💛🐾💙

Bruno- This baby- (Big Boy) 😉🐾 yet is just growing and growning to be such a playful good obedient boy.. Learning his commands Sit, Stay, Off & Down.. So proud of him and how well he is doing since my last with him a month or so again.. His training is going so well and cannot wait to see the end result.. He truly is a great dog yet just is still got that youth of the baby playfulness in him., Oh Bruno, you truly do not realize How “BIG” you are, You are not a “LapDog” 😉🐾💛

Sweet Shy Sammy- This lil guy.. Had the pleasure of Re- Visiting him again after a long year due to this pandemic..
Took him a lil bit to warm back up to me as he is just timid by nature.. The sweetest lil boy & just loves to play..Cannot wait to spend more time with him and just keep the interaction going.. He is just truly a Sweet Sweet Boy.. 💜🐾

Lacy/ Abby. These 2 special girls. I had the pleasure of spending the weekend with them again.. (Back story.. I say for 5 days a week for almost 2.5 years. Or more maybe and their Brother Cooper who is now over tge 🌈😞🐾💜.. Life , Mama Having a baby, Covid, now working from home) I missed these girls so much yet, I walked in & it was like no time passed.. My weekend was one of the best I had in a long time. Andddd of all the toys in their toy box, Lacy goes & grabs tge toy that Santa Paws (I 😉) brought to her for Christmas., Talk about melting my heart.. Just melts my heart these girls..

These 2 - Phoebe( Cat) Sonny( Dog) has been such a great turn around this week for me caring for these babies.. I have been caring for them for yeats now- However- Due to Covid - They have gotten so used to Mom/ Dad being home & this was their 1st time without them. After a day (3 visits) Sonny perked up, no longer was sitting by the desk mushy, he was Playful and Happy.. Low & behold, Phoebe came out meowing to be seen & wanted in on the fun & get her attention as well..
Oh how this just makes my heart smile ! /babies 🐾💛🦴

Welcome this boy “Bandit” this boy is an overprotector of his Mama & his lil toddler of under a yr.. Mama came to me so unsure for me to walk/ spend time with him not knowing his behavior as him being so protective & such an Unpredictable boy..Well to say the least, we started slow, walked him with Mom being there, giving treats & after treats, her putting leash on him.
Fast foward to 2 weeks in, I walk in & I am just putting his leash on(with Mama/ Baby Junior there,) 💛🐾we now go on on walks, & just chill and we are best buds! 🦴🐾

Friday 7/30 .. Part 2. Quinn/ Teddy- so Here is Both Girls..
I get to the door, the owner is holding Quinn as “She is acting wild as never b4, apologizing for her.. I go in & Teddy is beside herself 💛🐾, Quinn is still crazed yet not being different that I ever seen just meeting a NEW dog, With this odd feeling in my tummy, looking at her, Not knowing her “AT ALL “ I told the MOM let her go, I got this( 🤷‍♀️praying Under my breathe this dog does not bite my face off.. lol) Fast forward Quinn lunges at me and just nuzzles into my neck and cannot get off my lap.. “There it is”!!! I just knew there was something about this girl..
so I ask a few questions and Low and beyond..
Life in full circle.. !!!!!
Light Blue aka Quinn- Daisy’s baby came back to me..
Daisy- Labradoodle - my other client that was pregnant last year, right after my boy went over the 🌈 & She had a litter of 9. I cared for her & her pups which truly got me through that tough time after my CoCo left me.. 😢🌈🙏 And they say a dog picks you, lil light blue collar would not leave my side, stop crying anytime I was there.. It taunted me that lil girl.. I was NOT ready for another dog yet.. to boot the owners of the pups had NEW parents for all
And the owner backed out on Light Blue.. aka Quinn. Talk about signs..and Teddy’s Mom ends up w/ Quinn aka Light Blue..
So She & I had bonded till mid August/ Sept..
Tell me how she remembered me a Year later.. this girl is Back with me..
