I know that I’ve been quiet. I am working on lots of fun, new hats, fingerless mitts and cowls for winter sales. I also am stock piling lots of catnip mice and mats! Stay tuned for a list of shows and venues.

I am planning to participate in three seasonal craft shows this fall. The first will be in Oct, the second and third will be in Nov. More specifics will be posted later.

I've been working this summer on lots of catnip mice and hand knit hats for the winter holiday craft shows. I still have several pairs of fingerless mitts and will be adding more to the collection. The hats are a variety of pillbox style and sock weight slouch beanies. Pictures in the next couple of weeks.

Fresh new catnip mats at both Riverside Cat Hospital, Okemos, MI and the Little Red Schoolhouse, Lansing, MI

Knit mice all week, stuffed them last night with freshly stripped catnip that has been drying since august. Today I stitch and finish so they can go to Riverside Cat Hospital tomorrow.

Holidays in Haslett is behind me. Next up will be a show in Chelsea on Nov 7. After that Designing Women in Okemos on Nov 12, 13 and 14. Last show for the season will be St Martha's Catholic Church in Okemos on Nov 21.

Has been busy knitting up more catnip mice and toys, sewing up more catnip mats. I am also lining up my yarns to start winter inventory. Hats and fingerless mitts were in short supply last year and I want to correct that for this year. Watch for me at the July and Sept Meridian Township Crafters Markets.
