Led by Rick Preuss and Steve Oberg, our aquatics section is unlike anything you’ve ever seen! We breed our small animals in-store to ensure healthy and enriched pets are available to you. We also run a rehoming program and help when necessary. We have gerbils, Guinea pigs, ferrets, degus, hamsters, rats, and more! We also have a diverse reptile section. Within this section you will find a variety

of snakes, lizards, invertebrates, and more. We emphasize health and proper husbandry. You will find this evident when you’re in the store and after you go home. We want you to have a successful journey with your pet. We don’t have cats or dogs. We do have all of the products to spoil your fur babies though! And we are excited about our partnership with our new neighbor, Constellation Cat Cafe. They rehome rescue cats from Saved by Zade. Our 22,000 square foot store is a tourist destination! We provide you the largest selection of top-quality products to assist you in caring for your pets. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of your pets. Each department's staff maintains a high level of expertise in his or her subject matter. We are committed to answering all of your questions thoroughly and accurately. We endeavor to make our store a destination all its own. The store's ambiance is enhanced by an original mural designed by local artist Tom Phillips. When you come to Preuss, you not only get to experience an eclectic mix of animals, plants and art, but also of people. People are the core of pet care, and at Preuss we serve thousands of people from lawyers to Michigan State University students to elementary school tours. Preuss has something for everyone. When you celebrate the holidays, do your pets get gifts too? If not, do you ever buy pet related gifts for other people? Listen Saturday at 9AM when Rick Preuss from Preuss Pets, Doctor Will Schultz, DVM (retired) and Lee Cohen consider the variety of gifts that are available for these situations. First up is Kirbay Preuss and Rebecka Creed from Preuss Pets. Kirbay discusses the different items for cat and dog owners. Some are focused on nutrition, some on behavior, some on warmth this winter and when you are in doubt, Preuss gift cards are always available. Kirbay also discusses the things you can get for fish lovers as well. Some are new and Rick Preuss thinks they are the best. Listen to hear about it. Then Rebecka discusses gifts for small animals and reptiles that are affordable, productive and will be appreciated by any pet lover. Spiders, hedge hogs, bearded dragons, sugar gliders. Preuss has gifts for all of them. Finally, Kate Specht from Dewitt Fence Company is on to discuss the gift of a fenced in play area for your pets which is valuable to them year round but is valuable to you today, tomorrow and the next four months in Michigan. Kate will explain different variations you can go with and how you can get in touch with her to get the jumpstart on one of the best pet related decisions you can make. It's all about pets, gifts and the holidays on this weekend's edition of the Mid Michigan Pet Expert Talk Show on 1320 AM WILS on the radio. 📣Old Town is excited to welcome Good Truckin' Diner to the neighborhood! Not only will they be expanding their offerings in a significantly larger space in the historic Creole Cigar Factory Building, but they will also be creating a new business in REO Town in their old location. We are happy to further solidify the connection and partnerships between all Lansing neighborhoods.

We can’t wait to raise a glass with you and enjoy their new specialty coffee drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and amazing cocktails! Their new Old Town location will help to continue the Creole’s history as a community gathering space and destination.
