Excited for our 3 Man Team Doctor Roping on Saturday! We've had some pretty amazing donations for prizes, along with cash money pay-outs - should be a lot of fun! I do also want to let everyone know that we had a pipe freeze and burst the other night when it got so cold, and it flooded half of the arena. We've been working our butts off dragging it to mix the wet in with the dry, and it's getting there, but it is a little wetter than might be ideal - at least it's wet sand rather than a lake now! But wanted everyone to have a heads up in case you have a horse that is sensitive about its footing!

I think between the cold and the wind and the roads we are going to have to cancel roping for tonight 😕

There are a few spots still open for tomorrow's roping practice. Contact me if you're interested!

❤️❤️❤️
How much weight can a horse carry?
In my experience, a horse can carry an infinite amount.
They can carry the weight of broken hearts, broken homes, and broken bodies. Sometimes countless tears comb their tangled manes. Moments when parents and friends cannot be there to help and hold a person, horses embrace and empower. They carry physical, mental, and emotional handicaps. They carry hopes and dreams; and they will carry the stress from your day when you can't carry it anymore.
They carry graduations, they carry new careers, they carry moves away from everything familiar, they carry marriages, they carry divorces, they carry funerals, they carry babies before they are born, and sometimes they carry the mother who cannot carry their own baby. They carry mistakes, they carry joy, they carry the good and they carry the bad. They carry drugs and addictions, but they also carry the celebrations and victory.
They will carry you to success when all you have felt is failure. They will carry you, never knowing the weight of your burdens or triumphs.
If you let them, they will carry you through life, and life is hard, life is heavy. But a horse will make you feel weightless under it all.

Hey there!

If you know us, you know that we feed our fuzzy team with 100% food waste.

Over the past 2 years, we have gotten good at collecting food waste from centralized sources, but due to increased buying rates and decreased social gathering capacity- our food waste sources/supply have shifted.

We need your help to keep doing what we do!

Now, the majority of food waste exists in households, and we still want to do our part to keep all this from ending up at the dump

We are willing to pick up food scraps from your doorstep every Tuesday and Friday if you live in Laramie or Centennial or nearby and you are willing to save them for us- no social interaction required.

We will even provide you with a 5 gallon bucket to use if you would like.

We can take any and all food scraps (veggies, fruits, dairy, eggshells, but we ask that meat scraps and bones be separated).

Just because times are different doesn't mean we can't still live sustainably!

Message us if you are interested in joining the mission!
