An Animal Shelter Thanksgiving
Here’s what Thanksgiving looks like at Pinellas County Animal Services:
🦃 Turkeys?? We have plenty of “turkeys” and goofballs! 🦃
🥔 Potatoes? Oh yes…bring on those couches and you will see them turn potato-like! 🥔
🥘 Stuffing?? Hand over a couple squeaky toys and watch the stuffing magically appear all over the ground…as pretty as the first snow of the season. ❄️🤣
🥧 Pumpkin Pie? Well…they do love pumpkin and they are all just as sweet, too!
In all seriousness, we hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving! After the feast & Black Friday shopping, please visit Pinellas County Animal Services, located at 12450 Ulmerton Rd in Largo to adopt your next furry family member!

It’s moving day at PCAS! Phase 1 of our renovation project is ready to go and our dogs couldn’t be more excited. The new kennels have solid floors, fold down beds and a pull up door to expand the kennels to give our dogs more space. Watch the video to see their perspective of the new space before they find a forever home at your place.

Appreciation Week Begins for ACOs!
🐾💙We’re recognizing #ACOAppreciationWeek this week —> April 14-20th! Our Officers are a courageous group dedicated to ensuring the safety of residents and their pets. 💙🐾
As part of our April Pet-A-Palooza we have Animal Services Officers available to speak with you 1-on-1 each Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the next two weeks from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
