Happy 2025! As a reminder, we are closed today and will be back open tomorrow!
In the month of January, we are offering a discount on pet microchips. Contact our office for details and pricing! Microchipping your pet can help them return safely to you in the event they get out. Even most exotic pets, reptiles, and birds can receive microchips!

Hello to all our clients!

We are still in need of some newspaper. We use newspaper and other paper here at the clinic every day for the bottom of our bird cages and other animal enclosures. If you have any extra at home that you are willing to donate, we would appreciate it!

Last month, Chloe had some xrays done. She did great! Chloe always brings an emotional support stuffed toy with her to vet visits. She is the cutest! 😍

Did someone say puppy cuddles!? Seraphina recently came in for her first visit and she did so well. She loves cookies and getting love from everyone around her. Come by anytime, sweet puppy!

We are so excited to finally announce that Poppy is up for adoption. Poppy is a female Eclectus Parrot and she is approximately 13 years old. Poppy is a sweetheart! She was timid at first after arriving to our clinic and needed additional help and support from our team to get her feeling motivated to explore her cage, eat well, and socialize. We are happy to say that she is great at these things now! She has been great at stepping up for staff members and enjoys to cuddle. Poppy was brought into our clinic having only ever eaten "people food" but she has now been converted to a pelleted diet. She has also tested negative for Avian Chlamydiosis. We are confident that Poppy will make someone very happy!

The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary is still working hard to support our local seabirds despite the challenges they are facing after Hurricane Helene. Dr. Zellner surgically removed a large hook from this wild Snowy Egret from the help of nurse, Kylie. After the surgery, this beautiful bird was returned to the seaside seabird sanctuary staff to continue after care and rehabilitation. 🤍🥰

Kitten Update! Little man was saved by a firefighter after being found trapped in a hot car tire. He is living his best life now! His burns are healing, his GI parasites have resolved and he is spoiled by all of us! 💙
