Katara is a 3 month old girl looking for love and a home in New England. She will be arriving with her brother and mom on March 14. Will anyone step up for this adorable little snuggle bunny. She will stay small as mom is 17 lbs. Don't know who dad is but probably a chi mix. She is around 6 lbs right now. Spayed, current on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped.🤗

UPDATE ACE WENT TO A HOME ❤️🧡🤎Calling all Shepherd lovers. 🙋‍♀️ We have a boy in immediate need. Ace has been dealt a crappy hand in life by his TX "owner". He found himself on last call list being euthanized for space. 🥺 Many of the shelter volunteers were ecstatic when we said we were going to get this guy to safety. Ace is an amazing deserving boy. He is a really good boy and has been great with the other dogs in the home including a senior dog and a puppy that came on the same transport as Ace. He was so skinny when he arrived to the shelter showing he was not getting proper care. He is a loving boy that just needs his right home.
Why does he need a new home? His current home owns a store so time is limited. Also they have no way of giving him the proper excersize he needs. He needs daily time to be able to run and romp. Whether that be a walker, a hiker, a runner or even a fenced in area. Or someone that has the right property to work with him on off leash to allow him to enjoy the space to get excersize. He is a smart boy that will get this with the proper work. We also are willing to pay a trainer to work with you on this. He just needs a little of someone's time. If you are willing to step up for this boy we and he need you now. He has to be out of his home this week. Preferably by Tuesday. If someone is willing to foster, foster to adopt or adopt we will work with you on that. Will even waive the adoption fee for a good fit. This boy NEEDS his proper home to thrive in. This is a pretty simple fix and it's only because his current home doesn't have the time or ability or suitable property to give him what he needs. This is a last plea for this fella, he really needs to be out of his current foster home this week. He needs a single dog home where someone can spend the time with him getting some play/exercise time and give him some one on one time. He has so many great qualities and is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle and do active things too. He loves walks, hiking, camping and even enjoys the water and went on a paddle board with one of his fosters. No cats for this guy. He would be such a dedicated boy for the right home. He needs some work with knowing he is safe as with all he has been through he fears being taking out of his home once again so needs someone who can dedicate to getting him through this. Someone who can show him he is safe and that he won't get failed. We are looking for a long term commitment for this boy where he won't have to get bounced anymore and that person would have the option of keeping him. If they wanted to help him by being strictly a foster and would dedicate to working with him we would cover for a trainer to come in and help guide with this either way. This guys deserves this chance without sending him back to a boarding situation that would make him depressed and shut down. PLEASE IF YOU CAN BE OUR HERO, HIS HERO, REACH OUT. There will be no adoption fee and we will cover anything you need.

This black beauty is arriving in March and needs her home. Have watched her for some time now when she was in shelter foster in TX. Foster had to take her back to shelter when her work situation changed and she went right on last call due to space. 🥺 Could not let that happen. She is an amazing, beautiful girl. This girl is amazing! She is truly a must save. She was originally an owner surrender but has been with a foster for months and unluckily had to be brought back bc of changes in their job. She is literally perfect! She is calm, sweet, loves her humans, is crate trained, knows shake, spin, sit, and down, loves car rides, toys, and to play fetch. You can’t ask for more 😍. 💕 Notes from previous foster- A calm, sweet girl. Gets along well with humans and other dogs. A velcro dog that just wants to be with her favorite humans! Lucky is crate-trained and potty-trained. She knows tricks like: sit, down, spin, shake. Loves toys and plays fetch. Also loves car rides!

This lovely lady is friendly with both humans and other dogs. She's well-behaved and eager to please, having mastered several commands like “sit,” “down,” “spin,” and “shake.” Lucky is also crate-trained, potty-trained, and enjoys playing fetch with her favorite toys. She’s a fan of car rides too, always ready to hop in and go for a ride!

Lucky was with a wonderful foster family from June 2024 to January 2025, but due to a change in their job situation, they are no longer able to continue fostering. Now, Lucky is hoping to find her forever home where she can bring joy, love, and loyalty.

Hi Folks,
Below are the 11 dogs lined up to jump aboard the purple bus to cash in their tickets to forever. They can not do that without people willing to open their homes to them. Half of these dogs were on the list to be euthanized for space. They deserve to live their lives and not get snuffed out because humans failed them. They are all great dogs and will update with info below their pictures as I get it and more pictures, videos. I wanted to get these sweet faces out there as soon as possible. If you see one that speaks to you and you would help one by fostering or if you are considering adding to your family, PLEASE reach out to us. We NEED to secure homes for these babies to welcome them when they arrive. Below is the application to foster or adopt. We also offer foster to adopt. Please help them complete their journey, they are so close to a real home and life. 💞

UPDATE from Gummy Bear's foster. We really need to find this boy his forever. He loves camping, hiking, was great on paddle board and loves the water and most of all snuggling!He is such a good boy that deserves his forever. We will waive his adoption fee. He has waited to long for his forever and been through so much.

I am the current short term Foster for Gummy! He is such a love and a really smart dog! He is young and needs good exercise to tire this love out. He can't cuddle enough and loves it when you tell him what a good boy he is. He knows his commands. I would adopt him but he deserves better than being alone all day or restricted all day. He deserves better but I am so lucky to get to know this dog and help him get on the way of finding his doggy self. He is a goofball and makes me laugh everyday. I have had him for a month, maybe. He is happy and curious. If anyone wants to meet him let Village for Paws know.
