Warning to all my fellow groomers: do not accept this person as a client (if you choose) she came in with a Groupon. She was clearly told at the time of making her appointment, haircuts are not included in the $21 FLUFF N PUFF (hence fluff n puff). The haircut is an additional charge, but, is disco8nted due to the Groupon. At the time of drop off she was told her balance due when her baby was done was due to the haircut she added to the Groupon. She came to pick up her dog and threw a fit, saying she's 80 years old and cannot be running around town to get money to pay for a balance that she was not aware of. She stiffed my groomer for the balance due and said she was calling the police. Technically she stiffed me because i will still pay my groomer as rightfully so. I am so disgusted with dishonesty and what this world has come to. Read what you're buying, be a grown up and responsible for what you agree to and don't steal. What is wrong with people!? Argh!!!

What a mess!! This poor baby was so matted! Any other situation, he probably would have been shaved. Not with us...he shows next month and mom was desperate...Not one brush burn, skin inflammation or sore spot! All brushed and combed out and it took HOURS!! He was so good, he literally fell over because he fell asleep while I was trimming him. Lol! Dandi, I love you, boy!!

Fur baby mommies and daddies...with the summer heat coming up, please please remember...if the ground, pavement, asphalt, blacktop, sidewalk etc is too hot for your feet it's way too hot for our fur babies. Let them stay home and enjoy the heat and sun with a big bowl of water. Thank you for loving the furry ones as much as we do!!! Happy fun in the sun!!!
