The sun might be rising here in beautiful Nampa, Idaho, but it is setting on the end of another successful show season. Terrill Heaton Performance Horses is so proud to have another year of growth and success in our athletes, both human and equine. We want to thank everyone who supported and cheered for us, near and far.

How bout a 219 on Metallic Babe! Talk about HORSE POWER!

Metallic Babe is a 2015 gelding by Metallic Cat out of Shesa Stylish Babe by Docs Stylish Oak. Babe is proudly owned by Charles McCluer.

They did it again! Both of Triple Threat’s performance horses picked up checks at the IRCHA - Idaho Reined Cow Horse Association Derby and Futurity this week!

Coming in hot with Cattatouille and Terrill Heaton Performance Horses bringing home over $6600.

Finishing strong with Lena’s Hollywood Trash and Chelsea Christoffersen in the Box Drive picking up almost $200.

We are so proud to end an amazing derby season with these two athletes in our herd.

Now we get to kick back and enjoy cheering for our friends and our own Little Buckaroo today!

This mare was on F I R E at the IRCHA - Idaho Reined Cow Horse Association Open Derby!

Cattatouille and Terrill Heaton ran their hearts out today with a whopping 221.5 down the fence! They finished well in each of their divisions:

🔥2nd Limited Open Derby
🔥4th Intermediate Open Derby
🔥10th Open Derby

They also both added over $6600 to their LTEs, bringing Cattatouille to end 2025 at over $21,000!

We are so grateful for another safe and successful show with this great mare. Congratulations to all the competitors, both human and equine! Thank you to everyone who showed up to show support for us!
