🎃🐾 Halloween can be an exciting night for families, and that includes our four-legged family members too! As you prepare for costumes, visitors, and treats, it’s helpful to remember that this holiday can feel a little different from your pet’s perspective. New sounds, doorbell rings, and unfamiliar faces can create stress for some pets, and certain holiday items can be tempting (but unsafe!) to chew on or eat.

Taking a few moments to plan ahead can make the evening calmer and safer for everyone. Create a quiet space your pet can relax in if things feel overwhelming, keep an eye on decorations and costumes, and enjoy the evening knowing your pet is safe and comfortable. 🧡🐾
