Ingredients
2.5 - 3 large avocados
1 small shallot, minced
I whole medium Jalapeño, minced
1 large Roma tomato, deseeded, small dice
1 large lime, juice or to taste
2-3 Tbsp brine, to taste
Kosher salt, to taste
🎉 This is super easy to make and our peppers just add another great layer of flavor! You can also add the pickled garlic and onions too if you don't have anything other ingredients to add.
🥑+🌶️=😋 So if you only have avocado and our peppers, you're still golden! Easy peasy guacamole! Just add salt!
